Your responsibilities:
1.Working out the machine production plan & Balance and preparing the production details such as equipment, labor and workshop area.
2.Command the production schedule, adjust and complete all the problems during product.
3.Organize production, be strict with discipline, check quality and complete tasks on time.
4.Be responsible for roll line grinding machine & WSP line lathe,vertical lathe,boring & milling ,small grinding machine section on-site QHSE performance, 5S and maintenance of the equipment.
5.Be responsible for the administration of machining daily work.
6.Be responsible for productivity and efficiency continuous development, keep manufacturing process in good and smooth flow by continuing optimization.
7.Lead to build up and optimize FWS process SOP/WI together with the other team members systematically.
8.Assist workshop supervisor to develop processes, material, tools or fixtures to improve our competitiveness.
9.Lead the follow up of root cause analysis for products complaints, in-plant losses, and manufacturing overruns.
10. Lead MAC process LPA (Lay Process Audit) Level 1 & 2 to follow up standard and technical requirement.
11.Give technical support and analysis for procurement, HSE, investment and so on.
12.Estimate hour re-set and follow up. Process audit to dig out potential where can reduce time.
13.Analysis reason for actual hours exceeds 90% of estimated hours project and implement actions in time.
14.Attend the training organized by the company actively, keep on improving the working skill and knowledge.
15.Complete other related tasks issued by superior.
16.Follow the company’s instructions and rules.
17.Follow equipment TPM and safety operation.
