质量及精益工程师

工作职责：
1. Support workshop team to follow each BU annual action plan implementation and make related data analysis and reports.
支持维修车间小组跟进每个BU业务单元年度行动计划的执行情况，完成相关数据分析及报告。
2. Organize incoming material inspection, delivery inspection, and assist in process inspection work.
组织来料检验、发货检验，协助过程检验工作。
3. Lead or align audit activities and maintain QHSE system / certificates of ISO9001.
引导和支持审计等活动开展，维护QHSE管理体系，ISO9001体系认证。
4. Establish, maintain and optimize company's management system and task flow to ensure high quality and smooth operation among location operations.
建立，维护和优化公司管理体系和任务，确保当地达到高质量与高效率的运营管理。
5. Support location with developing comprehensive operation strategy, KPI indicators, operation key initiatives, and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
支持属地全面发展的运行战略，KPI指标，关键运行措施，确保达到要求。
6. Conduct regular review key performance indicator of Quality of each site, drive key initiatives for continuous improvement to achieve target of location quality cost saving, quality competence development, and meet customers’ expectation.
组织指导各个属地的质量关键绩效的日常回顾，引导关键行动进行持续改善，以便达到各地质量要求，成本节将，质量竞赛发展等目标，满足客户期望。
7. Supervise quality system procedures effective execution, optimize and develop process which can serve to enhance goals of whole organization.
指导质量体系和过程有效的执行，优化与发展能加强组织目标的流程。
8. Lead to analysis quality case and put forward the improvement measures together with supervisors, reduce COPQ loss.
主导分析质量问题点，与各主管一同分析提出改进措施，降低不良品成本损失。
9. Control the measuring tools to ensure their effectiveness and controllability.
对属地的量具管控，保证量具有效可控。
10. Guide lean projects in SER including project selection, support, coach, follow up etc.
***线精益项目，包括项目选择，支持，对团队教练及跟进等。
11. Promote Lean culture and mindset change inside the company via conducting lean training, lean express and best practice sharing etc.
推行精益文化，在公司内部通过精益培训，精益体现和好的实践案例分享改变公司内思维模式。
12. Conduct CISS (continuous improvement suggestion system) inside location to enhance continuous improvement culture.
带领执行CISS，加强公司内持续改进文化。
13. Conduct dedicated Kaizen project to reduce lead time and cost, improve productivity and quality under consideration of customer requests.
带领致力于Kaizen项目改善，减少等待时间和成本，提升生产效率和质量，达到客户需求。
14. Design and compile lean express, including improvement project results share, training information share, etc.
设计和汇编精益项目分享，包括改善结果分享，培训分享等。
15. Complete other jobs assigned by the superior.
负责完成上级领导交办的其他各项任务。
16. Attend the trainings organized by the company actively, keep Ｏn improving the working skill and knowledge.
积极参加公司组织的各种培训，努力学习业务知识，提高业务技能。
17. Follow the company’s instruction and rules.
严格依照公司的各项规章制度、流程及操作指导执行。
任职要求：
1. Bachelor in engineering or management or above, more than 5 years’ related work experience.
具有工程和管理及以上的本科学历，超过5年相关工作经验。
2. Deep understanding of quality management and development and have awareness of local relevant quality system (ISO9000&ISO14001 etc.)
对质量管理及发展有很深入的理解，对相关质量体系有很强的意识（ISO9000&ISO14001等）。
3. Competence to work in Matrix team.
胜任矩阵式团队工作。
4. Deep basic and methods knowledge for quality development and lean management.
具有良好的基础与方法针对质量发展与精益管理。
5. Professional, experienced coach for projects & process-developments.
对项目与流程发展具有专业的，经验的教练式引导。
6. Familiar with TPM,5S,7 Waste, lean logistic, daily and project management.
熟悉TPM,5S,7大浪费，精益逻辑，日常及项目管理。
7. Have the teamwork spirit, learning skill, work seriously, emotional control.
团队合作精神，良好学习能力，工作认真，良好的情绪控制。
8. Have good English reading and writing ability，and oral communication skills.
具备基本机械常识和英文读写能力，和日常口语沟通交流技能。
9. Excellent proficiency with ERP, LN，BI, MS software and database management systems.
熟练使用ERP系统、LN系统、BI系统、MS软件等数据库系统.
